Openning The First Store
Meir Roth Ltd. began its journey in 1975 when Zipi and Meir Roth opened their first firearms retail store in the center of Rishon LeZion. With this opening, Meir fulfilled his lifelong dream, turning a childhood hobby into a profession. That first store marked the start of the company’s path and laid the foundations for the values of service, professionalism, and reliability that continue to guide it today.
New Branch
In 2002, Meir Roth fulfilled another dream with the establishment of "Meir Roth Shooting Ranges" a firearms retail store with two adjoining shooting ranges in the industrial area of Rishon LeZion. The opening of this new facility marked an important milestone in the company’s growth and deepened its commitment to its customers.
New Generation
In 2007, management of the company transitioned to the second generation of the Roth family, who embraced the responsibility of growing and advancing the business while upholding the high standards and principles that have guided the company over the years.
Leading Importer and Exporter
After 35 years of operating in the Israeli market, the company has established itself as a leading importer and exporter in the private sector. Long-standing customer relationships, deep professional expertise, and an uncompromising commitment to quality have enabled the company to secure a leading position in an ever-changing market.
Company Expansion: New Warehouse, Training Hall and Additional Offices
In 2022, the company’s facilities doubled in size with the opening of a new warehouse, along with additional office and training spaces, as part of our ongoing growth and expansion. Today, the company operates two warehouses certified for the storage of firearms and ammunition, fully compliant with all rigorous standards and regulations. The first warehouse covers 90 m², and the second spans 175 m² a total of 265 m² of advanced storage space, maintained under the highest professional and safety standards.
Furthermore, our state-of-the-art training facility enables the delivery of courses in full compliance with the requirements of the National Security Office, providing ideal conditions and the highest level of training available on the market.
Renovation, Upgrade, and Expansion of Company Facilities
As part of the company’s ongoing renewal and growth, our facilities have been significantly upgraded and expanded to enhance the customer experience and improve working conditions for our staff. A new store was built, featuring five independent reception stations, and the shooting ranges were completely renovated, including the installation of PVC flooring, insulation, lighting, and an advanced ventilation system exceeding regulatory standards by over 50%.
Training rooms have been modernized and expanded with state-of-the-art equipment and technology, and a modern online room was established to provide professional and rapid support to our clients. In addition, changing rooms, storage units, and a staff kitchenette have been added to support our team.
Meir Roth Jubilee Celebrations- Fifty Years of Excellence
During its jubilee year, Meir Roth Ltd. marked fifty years since its establishment through celebratory events that honored the people, values, and partnerships that have shaped the company over the years. The jubilee celebrations included a unique company trip to the Czech Republic, connecting past, present, and future. During these days, shared experiences, conversations, and memories were created, alongside a professional visit to CZ, reflecting long-standing international relationships, a commitment to quality and professionalism, and the values that guide the company.
Succession of Ownership
Following the completion of the company’s jubilee celebrations, the transfer of ownership to the second generation of the family was finalized. This milestone marked a significant chapter in the company’s development and ensured continuity in both management and business leadership.
The second generation, which has led the company’s operations since 2007, continues to strengthen the company’s core values, drive its growth, and adapt its activities to the challenges and opportunities of the years ahead.

The company is the exclusive representative in Israel of many of the world’s leading international firearms and defense brands, including: Beretta (USA), Benelli, Winchester, Colt, CZ, Fiocchi, Aguila, ZEV Technologies, Wilson Combat, Staccato, Shadow Systems, Swampfox, Maxim Defense, Phoenix, SPS, LaserMax, Weihrauch, Hogue, and Night Fision.
In addition, the company is an authorized importer of Heckler & Koch and TRUGLO, and distributes products from other top-tier manufacturers such as GLOCK, SIG SAUER, Smith & Wesson, and others.
The company serves as an authorized supplier to the Israeli Ministry of Defense, government and regulated entities, as well as some of Israel’s largest security companies. It operates in full compliance with international quality standards and has been certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015.
